This is a Spanish diesel at Alicante. It was the inspiration for the EWS red Bo-Bo on Motley Cyprus which is a shortened Tri-ang TC Switcher on a shortened Tri-ang TC Bo-Bo chassis.

I have lots of Tri-ang Class 31’s and so I will change one to look like this.

Churchill funeral train. Going to do a Tri-ang version with old Tri-ang Winston C, paint up a utility van in Pullman colours and run it with a set of Tri-ang short Pullmans.

Recently visited Cartagena in Spain. Went on a rail trip to Mar Mentor on the coast. The station at Cartagena, as you can see, is simple and could become a ‘Carta-Motley’ small layout 2'x4'

Two of  these very modern single units ply backwards and forwards offering a half hour service.
